Having trouble logging into your account? No problem! HeliDirect has just transitioned to a new platform, so this is likely the reason why you can't log in. However, all you need to do is follow the below steps, and you'll be set! 

- If you cannot log in, simply create a "new" account with the same email address used with your original HeliDirect account. Input whatever password you wish, and you will then receive an "Account Activation" email.

- Once you receive the "Account Activation" email, click the link in your email, and you're all set! Your account is now active and ready for use!

- If you do not see the "Account Activation" email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If the "Account Activation" email cannot be located, please contact our customer service team via the below "Help" button (it's located in the lower right hand corner of your screen) and request an activation email to be manually sent by our team.
