I'm Encountering Difficulty Binding Spektrum Satellite Receivers with My iKONUpdated 3 years ago

Binding of Spektrum satellites can be done either via software (Windows, Android, iOS) or via hardware (CH4-5-6) depending on your preferences.

Software: Select the checkbox “Spektrum Bind” at the bottom of the “Receiver selection” page of the Wizard

Hardware: use the bind plug supplied with your transmitter or the bind plug supplied with each one of your receivers and insert it into the CH4-5-6 Brain2 connector.

Please keep the following in mind for both scenarios:

  • You will need to cycle power to the unit and also disconnect the USB cable that powers the unit
  • Once the satellites and/or the receiver have been set in bind mode (fast LED blinking on the satellites) by the iKON2, the binding process is managed by the transmitter only and by the satellite/receiver only. It must be completed by placing the transmitter at a distance of about 2.5/3.5 meters from the satellite/receiver.

NOTE: For unidirectional receivers (standard receiver or serial receiver with unidirectional SRXL signal), you must put the bind plug directly into the receiver.
