In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect information/pictures due to a typographical website error, or an error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, HeliDirect holds the sole right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price and correct any pricing error at our discretion.

HeliDirect holds the right to refuse or cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, HeliDirect shall immediately issue a full refund to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. With any listed product upon HeliDirect’s website, we hold the right to update, modify or delete information at our own choosing.
