My Order Arrived with Shipping DamageUpdated a year ago
If you have received an order that has been damaged in transit by the carrier, please keep the package and all contents that were delivered and contact our staff.
In the case of a high value item that was damaged or lost due to in transit shipping damage, our staff will likely file a claim with the carrier, and will need the customer to keep the damaged box & contents until the claim has been completed.
In the case of damaged or missing items in relation to in transit carrier damage, our staff will happily support you in the recovery of these items by replacing any lost / damaged items once all matters have been addressed in relation to this claim.
