My Order Has Shipped to the Wrong AddressUpdated a year ago
If your order has shipped to an incorrect address, please contact our customer service team for support so we can notate your order and check for options.
Due to high levels of attempted fraud, we cannot alter a shipping address once an order is in transit. However, we can do our best to recall the parcel via the noted carrier used for shipping, and once returned, we can look into re-shipment options based upon corrected delivery information.
In the case of an order shipping to an incorrect address, it can take upwards of (2) weeks for an order to be "Returned To Sender," so we ask for your patience in matters like this, as we have no control over this noted time frame.
