We want your business, and we'll work to earn it on price.
If you find a lower advertised price on an identical, in-stock item at a U.S.-based authorized RC dealer, send it to us before you buy and we'll match it. If our own price drops within 7 days of your order, we'll credit the difference.
Pre-purchase price match
Submit a request through the Price Match button on the product page, or through Contact Us. Include the full URL of the competitor's listing. We'll respond by email within one business day.
We match when all of the following are true:
- The item is identical — same brand, model, color, version, and included accessories.
- The competitor's price is current, advertised online, and the item is in stock and ready to ship.
- The competitor is a U.S.-based authorized dealer for the manufacturer (see qualified competitors below).
- The competitor's price reflects the actual item cost, not after a coupon, code, gift-card promo, or limited-time flash sale.

- BK Hobbies
- Other manufacturer-authorized dealers, case-by-case — share the URL and we'll review.
Post-purchase price adjustment
If we lower the price on an item you bought within the last 7 days, contact us with your order number and we'll issue a store credit for you only. Adjustments apply to the item price only, not shipping or taxes.
MAP pricing — why some matches aren't possible
Most RC manufacturers (Horizon, Spektrum, Futaba, Align, Mikado, and others) set Minimum Advertised Prices that all authorized dealers must follow. If a competitor is selling below MAP, they're either unauthorized, running a brief manufacturer-sanctioned sale, or violating their dealer agreement. In the first and third cases we can't match — doing so would put our own dealer status at risk. During an authorized MAP sale window, we'll match.
What we don't match
- eBay, Amazon Marketplace, AliExpress, or any third-party / auction marketplace listings.
- Out-of-stock, backordered, clearance, used, open-box, or refurbished items.
- Prices on overseas retailers shipping from outside the U.S.
- Bundle pricing, free-with-purchase offers, coupon-stacked prices, or loyalty-program-only prices.
- Local hobby shop pricing without a photo or printed ad we can verify.
- Pricing errors (the competitor's mistake, not the going rate).
How approved matches work
- Approved matches are valid for 7 days. Place your order before the match expires.
- A price match can't be stacked with promo codes, sitewide discounts, or loyalty points on the same item.
- Free shipping applies only if the competitor's matched price also includes free shipping on the same item. Otherwise standard shipping rates apply.
- Multi-item requests are reviewed item by item. You'll receive a separate confirmation for each.
