All orders created via HeliDirect can be tagged as a "Signature Required" parcel by our shipping staff. This signature required option protects us in the event of a lost / stolen parcel, and all such signature required options are normally based upon the order value of the noted order. Once shipped, this signature option cannot be removed by our staff.

If a signature required option will absolutely not work for you, we urge you to contact our staff before your order ships out, and we will do our very best to offer whatever accommodations we are able to make available. However, due to our inherent liability with all parcels we ship, a waiver of a signature required may not be available.
