Will My Order be Shipped with Signature Required?Updated 2 years ago

The vast majority of orders we ship are not shipped with a "Signature Required" option. Signature Required is only utilized by our staff in relation to high value orders that are at risk of loss, as in the end, we are held responsible for parcel loss, even when the order has been properly shipped and delivered.

If you are placing an order that is high in overall value and have concerns about a Signature Required option, please contact our staff before your order is placed. If we can verify your order as safe to deliver based upon information that you can provide, we would be happy to waive this requirement to better assist you.
