UPS Brokerage Fees - Canadian CustomersUpdated 2 years ago

For Canadian customers that use UPS as a carrier, brokerage fees will be applied to the parcel before the parcel is released by UPS, once arriving within Canada. These brokerage fees relate to UPS not being a bonded carrier within Canada, and in such, brokerage fees are applied relating to the customs processing of parcels.

All such brokerage fees in Canada via UPS (or any carrier) are 100% the sole responsibility of the customer. HeliDirect cannot / will not be held liable for any such fees, and if the fees are refused by the customer, the parcel will be abandoned at the customers complete loss.
